"Ascend PT has been a game changer for me. As an avid runner & hiker, I was unable to run, hike downhill, or pivot when walking my dog due to knee pain. My PT Ashley spent quality 1:1 time with me focusing on my consultation, movements, and pain level. She combined simple daily exercises with dry needling, and the results have been terrific – I am jogging, hiking, and even doing lunges which I could not previously perform. By choice, I will continue a maintenance schedule with Ashley and Sam for the next few months due to my confidence in their treatment approach.
