"The counselor that I visit is always very nice, they work hard to keep me comfortable with sharing and if I end up having to take more time with answering they don’t mind at all. Everyone there always keeps things super simple, involving new prescriptions and things of the sort. I’ve improved a lot, so I can say that I definitely don’t regret my decision of going."

"I had my first appointment with a med manager on the 25th of Jan after telling her I didn’t want medication due to family history I just wanted trauma therapy, she said the following week someone should call me to set up my first appointment with the therapist. The following week there was no call, so I tried to call them and got no anwser just a voicemail where I left my number. This went on for around a month of me calling them and getting a voicemail, then leaving my number never getting a call back. Yesterday I called and finally got an anwser just to be told that I’ve been waitlisted because “we have other cases that are more important and sever than yours” mind you I’ve been referred here for suicidal tendencies and thoughts instead of a mental hospital. I waited a month to get told I’m not important enough. I’ll be going somewhere else"

"For awhile everything was fine. I moved from the boise area to mountain home. One problem is that they don't have working hours sheets to sighn. I have been lax in my treatment. I'm trying to take responsibility for my share of fall out I may have been overly critical of higher management. I will insist on relevancy. I disapprove of gossip. I won't stand for misconduct or unprofessionalism in my home or else where."
