"I decided to try acupuncture after experiencing minimal relief from a severe ankle sprain after seeing podiatrists and physical therapists. From the start I liked how goal-focused my care was at Spring and I noted how Dean and Sarah were very motivated to see me better ASAP instead of prolonging treatment. I appreciate their care model of acupuncture, electrical nerve stimulation, soft tissue, topicals, and lifestyle modifications as well. I had some stubborn ankle pain that took about 2 months to fix, my pain went from about 7/10 at the worst to now 1-2/10 on a daily basis.
