"i have been coming to this clinic for over 10 years. i show up for a shot 15 minutes prior to my appointment time only to sit in the lobby for over half an hour. every single person who checked in after me had been seen before me and left before me. that is ridiculous. my appointment takes under 5 minutes and I can’t be seen in a timely manner while everyone else is? then when i stand up only then does the staff “check on my appointment” when i’ve been there for over half an hour. i don’t make doctors appointments to just sit there and then take the day off, i have a job and places to be and it isn’t hard to respect that. i had to leave and reschedule and waste over half an hour there for no one to help."

"Dr.Hall is very attentive and caring. All my emails are responded to within a day or two and something less than that. The front staff is very friendly too! I am in and out of here in a very reasonable time frame. Happy to have found my care team."

"Did even get to come in for my appointment. I as a vaccinated individual not showing any symptoms wasn’t allowed to go into my wellness check because I was potentially exposed. Stated that I’d have to wait 2 weeks so everyone would feel “comfortable”. Cancelled appointment and scheduled with primary health. At least primary health cares!"

"I have been a patient at this clinic for over 25 years. I am currently seeing Julie Clark who I admire. She is patient, caring, thorough, and considerate, so my low rating is directed at the call in and message taking from the “front line” staff, the representatives of the health care center. The wait time to speak to anyone can be up to 20 minutes. When you reach someone and are validated, I am not able to leave a voice message for my Dr. And in relaying my issue to the person on the phone, I am told the message will be sent to my Dr., or someone in the office will call me back. 1) the message is “NEVER” relayed the way it is explained. 2) you can call at 8am and not receive a callback until 6:30pm - after the clinic is closed. 3) I am on a new medication and was out of the country at the tome of my call, the side effects of the medication were an issue and my question was is it possible to stop the medication until I return to the US. Never got an answer and was referred to the St Lukes Patient portal to submit my question. Portal never works for me no matter how many times I try to log in I am asked to call Customer Support - yeah you can leave a message there but never get a return call. My Hope with this review is that the manager will make the changes needed to provide better customer service."
