"I'm 84 years old and I found a lump on my left cheek about the size of a nickel. My cancer Doctor suggested I get a biopsy and have it removed, she suggested Boise ENT, (ear, nose and throat) Doctor Dan Beasley a top rated doctor in his field. I met with him, and he explained the procedure and also that there was a 5% chance that i might have some of my nerves, might be affected, but assured me that "he will do his best?" He is confident efficient and even has a sense of humor which made me feel much more at ease. I thought I was under good care. Before I went to surgery, Doctor Beasley marked where he was going to make the incision, he had me "smile", and then a "big smile" before his finish his markings. After the procedure, I had no after-effects or pain, even after the medication wore off the next day. He informed me that he had to pull back my nerves during the surgery to get to the lump but kept in mind not to damage any of the nerves. My results were benign and no nerve damage and no effect on my smile. I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to let everyone know that I highly recommend Doctor Beasley at Boise. ENT."

"Horrible experience right at the beginning. I called to schedule an appointment and the female refused to book an appointment for my son.. She kept giving reasons or excuses for why they couldn’t see my son. We have an excellent insurance plan that can be used anywhere and my son sees another ENT specialist where we live, when he is home. However being a college student in Boise, he needed to see a ENT specialist in Boise, but they wouldn’t take him. Very strange customer service. As a professional her job is to make an appointment, collect the insurance information and collect the payment. The doctor takes care of the rest. She sounded more like a screener. I will be adding this place to the college group chat as well as a negative experience."
