"I had shoulder surgery here in 3/7/24. The staff were very considerate, attentive and decisive u getting me processed and ready for surgery. Eve. My MD( Dr Lynch) took time out of his schedule to contact me the night before my surgery for any questions or concerns, then was available the day of surgery fie any further reassurance and questions and even followed up crave following my surgery to be sure I was ok. I've been to a number of facilities and never had a physician so in tune with his patients well being. It like the hospital staff were very reassuring that any and all my immediate fears, concerns and needs were addressed. I would highly recommend this facility if you're looking for True Quality Care and True patient support. Kudos to the staff and doctors"

"My mom had surgery at this facility to remove a cyst from her head. Treasure Valley Hospital went above and beyond to make sure my mom felt comfortable and secure during her stay. They also kept me very informed throughout the process. They called multiple times to inform me of where my mom was at in the process. Her surgery ended up being delayed several hours but they took such great care of my mom that she didn’t even mind. The nurses and staff were extremely empathetic and personable. The staff and employees all seemed genuinely happy to be there. I would say this facility is the gold standard that every hospital should strive for. My mom wanted me to say on her behalf that everyone checked in on her frequently and took exceptional care of her. She hadn’t had a surgery in 20 years so she was afraid but they really helped ease her stress and keep her calm. Cannot say enough great things about this place!!!"

During the process, I was contacted by phone to set my appointment and at the hospital, the nursing staff were very welcoming, attentive and caring. "Absolutely amazing hospital! I just had my second hip replacement done this morning by Dr. Keith Holley, the best surgeon in the valley! The staff are so welcoming and caring. My nurses (Mark, Gina, Stephanie and Lisa) are amazing! The made me feel like I was the only one there and very attentive to anything I needed. To say that having hip replacement surgery was enjoyable is a bit crazy, but I enjoyed my experience because of all these great people at TVH! THANK YOU!"
