She truly cares about her patients. If you are given a prescription and you don't have insurance, Tamara will search for the lowest price and find a coupon for your medication. I trust her with my life and the life of my husband. After 12 years Tamara and Chrysti have become more than my heathcare provider...I consider them family. ♥"
"Great place to go for the routine and work-required tasks, e.g. TB testing, blood draws and lab work, immunizations. Went there once and had my doubts because of the surprisingly low-key atmosphere, but the nurse practitioner there was very skilled, and receptionist was very approachable and helpful with billing questions. Enjoyed the trip overall, and it beat the heck out of being charged my arm, leg, and first-born kid like at other certain facilities (ahem) around the valley."
"My experience with Tamara and her staff has been exceptional. I first met them when my daughter was diagnosed with Cancer. Tamara listens to what is being said, keeps up with all doctor's reports, answers each and every question and takes the time needed to fully treat her patients. Each time additional testing was needed the paperwork was at the right place at the right time. I am not sure what others consider professional but I find both Tamara and her staff to be exceptionally so. I have gone through 15 major surgeries with my husband, terminal cancer with my mother and the ongoing treatment of cancer with my daughter. Have attended hundreds of doctors appointment and I my opinion Tamara is in the top 5%."
"It is extremely disheartening how unprofessional and rude this ENTIRE STAFF is (including the "Doctor"). I have never been so disgusted by ANY customer/consumer experience in my entire life. As someone who has worked in medical offices for several years, I would hide my head in a hole and be tremendously embarrassed if I behaved the way you guys do! SHAME ON YOU!!! YOU NEED TO LEARN SOME PEOPLE SKILLS AND TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT."
