Roman, one of our expert physical therapists, graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Baylor University in 2020. His specialization includes sports rehabilitation and return-to-sport testing, with a focus on overhead athletes, ACLR, and meniscus repairs. Roman is also certified in Dry Needling and is committed to ongoing education to provide the best care possible.
Jeffery, another valued member of our team, has been practicing physical therapy since obtaining his Bachelors of Physical Therapy from Daemen College in 1994. With a wealth of experience in outpatient care, Jeffery specializes in spine rehabilitation, neurological, orthopedic, and geriatric therapy. He is also certified in trigger point dry needling and holds a board certification as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist.
Shandrea Padua, our dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant, earned her degree from the College of Western Idaho in 2018. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist with additional qualifications from Boise State University. Shandrea specializes in manual techniques such as myofascial release and soft tissue mobilization, as well as cupping therapy and prenatal massage. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, creating personalized plans to support her patients throughout their recovery journey.
