He has an easy going friendly approach that made me feel like I was at lunch with a friend and not at a doctors appointment. The technicians there were also great. Very friendly and quick. I left with a solution for my eye that was bothering me and my old eye glasses were all tuned up and cleaned for free. I love going to Dr. Carter!"

"Dr. Warner is terrific! However, it was morning and I had a full day ahead of me when his assistant pushed the dilation drops on me without asking. I had much to do that day while in town with another appointment in the late afternoon. I was thankful the sky was cloudy and mostly dark. Not a good tactic to be sneaky!!! The drops didn’t wear off for FOUR HOURS!!! Fool me once…"
