"Very prompt, friendly and courteous staff. Dr. Blanchard is very friendly and personable. He really listens and “hears” what you have to say. His bedside manner is very pleasant, understanding and empathetic, and he addresses issues directly without being abrupt or harsh. As a physician he is extremely thorough in reviewing health history and examining current/ongoing concerns. He also stays on top of current medications. When going through the diagnostic process he begins at the beginning - he starts with the most conservative he feels is appropriate for your condition. He does not recommend the most extreme or invasive testing procedures to start of with, unless of course your condition warrants it. He is conscientious of what insurances cover from the patient’s perspective. His priority is patient care not how he’s going to be paid."
