"The staff at this particular bath and body are always super helpful! If you ask them for something that has a specific scent note, they know exactly where to find it! Not to mention it's bath and body and it's just a good store in general. Also, make sure you hit up the store during the semiannual sale. I got 5 things for only $25!"
"In all the years that I have shopped at bath and body, I (a white woman)have always been able to walk in to the store and if I had forgot my coupons at home all I needed to do was have my husband send me a picture of them and the cashier would scan the bar code off my phone with no issues. Today my daughter (who is of mixed race) was at the store and called me to ask if I needed anything and so I told her yes and sent her a picture of my coupons. When she went to check out she was told she could not use my coupons unless she had them in hand even though I have done this multiple times. Employees at this location are racist!!"
"Love the staff here! They are kind and not too pushy! Everyone knows the products they are coming in for and how good they are so no complaints there. I could spend an hour at a time here smelling the candles; I highly recommend stopping in!"
"I love that they always have a deal. I love how there is always someone to help and I love the coupons and discounts. They have a new app that allows you to scan your account and it holds all your coupons. I usually get The Wallflowers and hand soap but today I got something different. 10/10"
