"A tiny bit slow, but it’s to be expected at an occupational health clinic. Still faster than most, with less staff. Pleasant overall experience. Would recommend to anyone needing preemployment work. Wife and I have had some pretty bad experiences at other clinics, so it was a breath of fresh air. Clinic is also clean and new looking."

"Very unethical billing practices. I called ahead to verify the cost of my visit, verified in person once I was there and made it clear I wanted to pay in full for my visit at that time. I got a bill a week for double what I had been charged. When I tried to email them and call them about it they were very unorganized, no one knew why I had been charged hundreds of dollars more, and they stopped answering polite emails and calls requesting more information on these charges. I would go somewhere with lower ratings just to have peace of mind that I wouldn’t be charged excessive fees for services rendered, or double-billed for a short visit with a nurse and nothing more."
"The staff are amazing with their care and willingness to listen to a patient'S concerns and questions. Even the after care is awesome! There are not many clinics that won't charge for follow-up visits regarding the initial issue, first 30 days, I believe. I would recommend anyone who needs immediate care, stop going to those other clinics, use Sterling Urgent Care."
