"Dr Quinn did shoulder surgery and was excellent. Explained everything to me. Recovery process is about 6 weeks but pain is manageable but say that it will be better. Nursing staff is wonderful . In bed for 6 weeks but I will get through this"

"Saw Heather for foot fx. She came through the door with a nasty, condescending attitude and spoke to me throughout appt with a nasty tone of voice. She even gave me a very dirty look when asked a question. Hard to believe she was ever a nurse. She does represent the whole clinic and I will not be returning"

"I called in because my doctor was supposed to have sent a referral in. I spoke with Lori with scheduling. I cannot say enough. What an amazing woman she is! I Have not met any of the doctors or anything yet since my doctor's office failed to send in the referral like they have failed a lot of other things. Not only this, she informed me that going there would be a waste of my time and prolong my pain since they would have to refer me out because they do not work on labrum tears. I need to go to another doctor that has this in their specialty. Now I'm in the process of finding a new arthritis specialist. Lori has gone completely out of her way. Calling my arthritis doctor twice to try and get a hold of them yesterday. True to their nature, she was not able to get a hold of the CMA at arthritis Northwest. It's not like the CMA is the one with two torn up hips and in severe pain. Lori is not going to give up on me though. She said she was going to reach out again today. With the type of person she is, I wholeheartedly believe that she will follow through which is very rare these days. If there were more people in this world like this wonderful woman, it would be a much better place! I know she must be very, very busy but she took time out to talk with me not once but twice and to make calls. While talking with her, she really amazed me that she has a lot of the same mindset I do when it comes to helping others! Her helpful, compassionate energy brought me to tears. I pray for nothing but the best in this woman's life and I hope that she remains this type of person for the rest of hers. You have no idea how much I appreciate you. Lori, thank you very much. I hope you are able to see this."

"I would rate 0 if could. I had an absolute horrible experience yesterday in the CDA office. I usually go to the post falls office, but my surgeon was working in CDA office. I was there almost 2 hours and half of it was waiting around. Almost all staff I encountered with made me feel like I was a bother (besides my doctor and my check in nurse). The nurse that changed my dressing completely did it wrong and made rude comments that she thought was funny. I'm hoping her screw up does not back track me. I will be contacting someone about her as well. I will never go back, I will stick with the post falls office."
