"The staff, and every provider has been so nice to me. They take extra care to make sure I am ok. I would rather have a place cover all of the bases, as they do, and feel safe in their care. I also love how nice and clean their office is. I hope to continue going here for many years to come!"

"I had my son and was forced to come here by the hospital because the doctor i chose at a different clinic couldnt do a next day check up after leaveing the hospital which wasnt a problem. My problem was walking in to the room and immediately voicing my concerns to Dr.lessard about my sons eating habits and my concern that he wasnt doing well. She dismissed my concerns about it and told me that as long as he didn't loose a 10% of his wieght from birth he was fine and that my concerns were just me being a paranoid mother. Left the room not even a few mins to wiegh my son and got back to the room and it was a completely different tune with her. Now my son was under wieght and his wieght was not ok. Started shaming me for my sons wieght making me feel like a horrible mother at 4 days postpartum. Told me she needed to grab another doctor to discuss what they were gonna do to about my son. I asked where my son was at his wieght and was told his wieght was 8% down from birth. Still within the normality of wieght loss for a newborn. The other doctor came in said my son was completely fine and gave me tips to try and help him to try and gain wieght and said that he should be fine. As soon as the other doctor left she went back to shaming me and told me that breast feeding wasnt for me and that breast isnt best if my son was starving and i need to give it up and do formula. She shamed me so badly i left this office in tears. thinking i was an absolute horrible mother putting me in a depression state. Im still struggling with this office visit and im glad i have a support system that helped alot along with a total of 3 other doctors opinions within that week stating my sons wieght was fine because i cant imagine the other mothers that went here to be throne into postpartum depression without one like she did me. I absolutely do not recoment this facility especially Dr.Micayla Lessar. Now that i am in a better mental state i will be working on making a more formal complaint towards her."

"I had been a patient here since 2016. Dr Pyrak is competent and through but you can't get to her. The office staff and NP/residents you are left with are incompetent to say the least. My prescription medication wasn't refilled in a timely manner twice in the past 2 years causing harm to both my mental and physical health. I could go on a rant about poor treatment forever instead I will say this; If you are young, healthy and only need a doctor to sign off on a physical so you can join the company softball team. This is your place. If you actually need help, please go elsewhere."

"I have been going here for 4 years and absolutely love them. I have had 3 births with them and all 7 of my kids see them as well. I think they are considerate and knowledgeable, especially the residents that are there. I am more of an understanding person and will work with their schedule as they try to work with mine. We have to understand that a clinic is in high demand for patients, so trying to see your doctor all the time is probably not going to happen all the time. I have seen other doctors there and I am pleased with all of them. Of course there is always going to be that one that you don't particularly care for, then find one that suits you and do it with respect. Recently my doctor saved my daughter and even a new resident. They caught her appendicitis before it ruptured and she's only 7. Despite that they are both residents, I am completely happy with there determination in taking care of me and my family. Most of the nurses are wonderful and they have respect for me and my family. I've been treated for my pregnancies, my back, my leg, and all my sicknesses (too many to count) and I truly cannot complain for there effort to heal and take care of me. To me, I would hands down go here over Kaiser or Northwest. I have bad experiences at both and have not had any scary life threatening situations where Kootenai clinic has never ignored. Thank you to the receptionists, appointment managers, er nurses, RN, NP, doctors, surgeons, and residents for making me and my family trust in good health care provided by you!"
