"Trying to speak with a live person when I have called, other than the operator, usually does not happen. On more than one occasion it was several days before a message was returned. They have called twice to cancel appointments scheduled for the next day saying they did not receive auth yet. They asked if I had new insurance and I told them I had brought it in weeks ago. The procedures I have had for L5-S1 have brought no relief. While the clinical staff has been professional, the inability to get a hold of someone on the phone, schedule an appointment in a timely manner or have appointments cancelled is frustrating. This must be what socialized medicine is like."

"Horrible place. Don't bother wasting time waiting to see Doctors. I followed their instructions and had all my records/paperwork in my hands. Front office didn't unstand what to do with it. Definitely did not make me confident on their intelligence. Secondly, male technicians are not understanding and were more inclined to be computer nerdy and not interested in human care. Thirdly, they will order ALL xrays from top of head clear to bottom in their own office-even if you have had xrays done from your GP (hadn't even been two months since mine were done) etc... Waste of time and money. Beware Dr.Blizzard will gas light you. He told me that I shouldn't be in pain at all with a l5, s1 situation and to resume ALL normal activities. Such as lifting hay bales, mowing lawns that are straight up and down. This doctor doesn't understand his patients or their medical needs. Just because they boast about their impressive resumes online doesn't mean they will have an impressive bedside manner in person."

"They do not return calls or answer them. Completely rude and unprofessional front office. Three weeks after my first appointment and still no response back to schedule surgery or even find out what’s happening. I do not recommend Axis Spine Center."

"I just had surgery, through them. Was told about all details prior to the surgery and everything was good. On the recovery process it was a 6 weeks of recovery. On the date of appointment my surgeon Dr. Blizzard decided to extend my recovery another 6 weeks. Forcing me to get another job or live on the streets. Wouldn't recommend Office or double what they tell you at the start. Horrible care."

"never seen a provider as rude as this doctor. Back doctor that never put his hands on me, was rude, dismissive. My specialist & PT we’re not happy with him being dismissive. They have been treating me & are aware of all the imaging that show disc issues that he claimed “were not there”. Do not waste your time plenty of providers out there that actually touch a patient for an exam which is part of an actual exam. Im not one to write negative reviews really takes horrible care for me to do that"
