"Excellent care in the emergency department by Dr. Ziegler, nurse Becky and EMT Valerie (as well as Lisa in radiology). They were so caring, gentle, and compassionate during my visit for a fractured ankle. For a smaller community hospital, the service was awesome! (Thank you to the security guard who kindly refilled our water bottles, too!)"

"I am so unhappy with the treatment I received from the majority of my nurses. They won't give you your medicine early but they make you wait after your time. They have no care for what there patients are going through. And then they think they can just ignore. Byou. My toilet pan hasn't been emptied all day and they gave no interest I how my pain was ."

"I took a family member to the emergency room on a Saturday in June. There was no waiting. There were no other cars in the parking lot. We had a room in less than five minutes. In another five, the doctor entered the room fully briefed on the patient history. Every test and procedure that needed to be done was done immediately. The doctors and nurses were kind, compassionate, and extremely competent. All food allergy and pharmaceutical needs were accommodated, the meals chosen from a menu ahead of time. Most of the time, I was able to be in the room. Otherwise, there were plenty of other quiet, comfortable areas to wait. The patient was given every possible care and urged to stay until well enough to leave. If you have to be ill, this is an amazing hospital that will take great care of you!"

The pond outside was so peaceful, we wanted to just hang out there! I thought the staff was friendly and personable, even during early Covid. "I unexpectedly had to go here last night, I have never been here since I am from portland and just visiting. this was the best hospital experience I have ever had, and I have been to many places. the nurses and doctors were absolutely amazing and very caring and considerate. All night long they never stopped making me laugh even when I was in some of the most pain I have been in during my lifetime. they did absolutely anything they could do to help and constantly checked up on me. it was great and I would highly recommend this hospital. it is open 24/7 and they know exactly what they are doing and how to make you as comfortable and cared for as possible."
