"Took my daughter in law in last night to the ER seven hours in there, of which they forgot her twice when I came in to find out what was taking so long and see what was going on. The nurses were all just well. They were pretty much standing around, doing nothing, and when I asked where she was here went to ask where she was four different people walked by, didn’t say a word to me one nurse finally saw that I was kind of confused, said who are you looking for? I asked her where she was she went looking and then my daughters nurse finally showed up and all she’s back here well you know you don’t forget your patients and it wasn’t busy there was like maybe six people in there so they can’t give me that they were overly busy even the guys out front at the front desk for just sitting around doing nothing. I was really disappointed."

"Shame on you for closing down on a weekend when you had patients WITH a referral for exactly today coming in to do important blood work. I will be calling first thing Tuesday morning and speaking with a supervisor because this is extremely unprofessional and a loss of public trust. Hope you enjoy your three day weekend after leaving your patients out to dry"

They have respected our feelings and opinions, always helping and being nice. Be patient and understand that they are humans just trying to help, they wouldn't work here if they weren't caring people."

"We were not happy with our birth center experience. They continued to push treatments we explicitly did not want, they kept us in triage for over an hour even though my wife was 100% effaced (we had our baby within two hours of arriving), triage also was the most expensive item on the bill, and they show little consideration for my wife. Once our girl was born, the post birth side of things was fantastic but it was a horrible birth experience. So glad we had a doula (another thing they were against). If we could do it again. We would have gone to a real birth center. This is a hospital posing as one."
