"I loved this place. Highly recommended it until now. Paid my $30 copay with cash. No I didn't get a receipt and never have had an issue in the past with it. I received my bill and it wasn't credited to the copay. I went through hoops to inform someone about it. I could careless about the $30 but if someone is stealing then the company should be aware. The last lady I spoke to gave me a short lecture in life about how I should always get a receipt if I pay cash. She was extremely condensing. Lady I'm 42 and own a extremely successful company that has been in business for 22years. I don't need life lessons. I was being nice and trying to help out. They have cameras they can investigate. This ruined my experience with this hospital and now I will go elsewhere. Zero professionalism."
"What a welcoming and comfortable experience. I've had two different procedures/surgeries done at this facility, and both times I was treated like family! From check-in to surgery prep, each person treated me with kindness. The staff all worked together so well, and they all appeared to genuinely enjoy their job! Everything was organized and clean. I am extremely thankful for the staff that made me feel at home from start to finish!"
