"Sent my daughter ages 16 and 14 in for haircuts. I was told $20 which was fine. I sent $50 which included a 25% tip. When they arrived they were told it would be another $30 dollars to wash their hair. My oldest daughters wasn't too terrible, I fixed the unevenness when I got home. My youngest asked for some long layers and it turned out awful! I have an appointment in 2 weeks with someone else to get it fixed. See photo!"
