"Came in this morning and saw a resident. I’ve never felt so unheard and she knew my body more than me (pompous and arrogant) She didn’t help one bit. I’d consider not letting her become a PA. Till, she humbles up a bit and LISTENS. Patients KNOW THIER BODY. Luckily I was helped from a stranger and I’ll be seeing someone else Thursday. Won’t come here again, unfortunately."

"I went to the clinic and the doctor ran 4 very expensive lab test and I only asked for one. I havecav$500 ded and here it is at the end of the year and I will have to pay out of pocket. I can't afford this. Too bad he didn't ask before he ordered all of these tests and they were all negative."
