"DO NOT GO HERE!!! GO TO NW SPECIALTY IN POST FALLS FOR MRI's!!!! THEY OVERCHARGE!!! DOUBLE BILL!!! They NEVER gave me an estimate of what my responsibilities were going to be and after a 1/2 hour MRI of my knee, they charged me $1480 as my responsibility!! I have had several MRIs at NW Specialty that took much longer and have never had to pay more than $800 MAXIMUM!!! I am on disability and they want a MINIMUM of $250 a month! My insurance company informed me that this is an ongoing problem with Kootenai Imaging! Overcharge insurance AND the patient!!!! Then they threaten you with collections while you are disputing the atrocious bill!! Then AFTER ITS PAID they send ANOTHER BILL for a technician THAT THEY ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE FIRST BILLING FIASCO! Don't get me wrong. The techs are awesome, and the place is clean, but that is where it ends."

"Paid a $300 plus bill then 2 weeks later get a bill in collections for $35 and was never sent to me it was sent to an address I lived at two years ago no phone call nothing. Then when I called in to get it fixed they said we apologize for sending it to the wrong address but it’s too late now. So you get punished on credit for there mistakes. Not to mention they out source there “billing customer service” over seas. The hospital side I have had no problems the Imaging side is an absolute joke."

"Never send you bills and just send you to collections. I have never ever been sent to collections untik these awful people who can't figure out how to send bills. Are they wrecking peoples credit on purpose?! They have sent me to collections over 2 bills over the last couple of years that I have never even received a bill for. No call, no mail, no email!! I asked if they could change the way they send bills to email since their "paper mail" NEVER ARRIVES. THEY REFUSE TO CALL OR EMAIL bills. Oh and did I mention that the bills were like $8. Easily paid if they would just send them!!!!"

"Well as we all know medical establishments can seem to be cold and detached at times. Nonetheless, there was no need for the receptionist attitude today as I tried to have an MRI done on my knee. Needless to say, when an individual has to go to the length of getting An X-ray or an MRI they can be a bit fragile in their mental fortitude...the front desk employee, Cheryl, was impolite and borderline rude while processing my need.. .. The only reason that I gave this establishment 3 stars instead of 2 or 1 is because the X-ray technicians are generally very nice. So, once you get past the front lines of rudeness, things go pretty well..."
