"I bought the HP inks from office depot for many years, it aways good, but in Sep/Oct, 2023. I bought HP 952XL black and 952 yellow/blue/red inks, I installed on 11/16/2023 today. It do not work right on colors, even black color also cannot show up right, I believe those inks were expired, so it was dried out ! Bad thing is, I am in Taiwan, will be back to USA in March next year, so, I cannot be easy to return it to the store. I think, expired products should not be sold in store. "Kevin and Kyla were super helpful and nice even though we got there 10 minutes before close. Kevin saw that I had a knee brace and crutches on and I told him it was from surgery. He immediately asked if I wanted water and got me some while Kyla was helping my mom and then me with printing questions. 10/10 the service here was wonderful."
"Don't count on any customer service if they print on the wrong paper. I ordered card stock and got 24lb which is useless for what I use it for. Was told by the employee that it wasn't my fault, but tough luck. I'd have pay for the whole order over again. $353.59 of useless paper. I'll definitely be finding a new place to order."
