"They destroyed my two year old propane KitchenAid range. They changed out the propane regulator few days before Christmas and did not tighten down the tubing into the regulator. I smelled the leak and tightened it down when I was working above my stove. When I put my 22# ham in to slow bake on Christmas day flames were shooting up to 6 inches high inside my oven. Photos attached. On January 2nd the two men were back to replace two stove top burner valves. I showed them the photos that I had taken. They totally ignored them. I have written a letter and mailed it on 1/11/2024, to the owner and manager of Rick's Appliance Service and have not received a reply."
"We had Rich out to work on our new fridge several times & he was great! We had a couple issues with it that arose & required more parts, or time & they came back right away to finish. I even had to push things around several times for holidays & it was never a problem! Pleased with the flexible scheduling, communication was great, staff was diligent to make sure job was well done. "My GE ultra fast combo washer/dryer developed a leak. I called to have a warranty service done. Rick’s called me and got my service done almost two wee early. Darryl was polite, courteous and on time. He went above and beyond to order parts in case my unit leaks again. I highly recommend Darryl and Rick’s to anyone look for service."
"We had a warranty service on our fridge/icemaker with Ricks. The technician was on time and courteous. The problem was diagnosed and the follow up visit was prompt with the replacement parts that were needed. He also put in extra effort in moving a fridge that the contractor had wedged in too tightly between the counters. Very pleased with our service over all."
