"My daughter wears a medium or large depending on the store Holi☆ she wears a size 13 jeans, but Tillys 2X shirt fit like an XS! I was hesitant to let her try clothes on here as I could see how tiny they were, she picked up a size 13 jeans and they looked like a size 5. It's strange too because some of the same brands in a different store fit! Most of their shirts are baby teesnow too, which might be why. Needless to say, we won't be back. For the sake of my daughter's self esteem."

"was wanting to do a simple return. My items totaled around $45 but were on clearance so they couldn’t be returned. Annoying but okay right? This is pretty standard. The clerk switched in the middle of the transaction to an extremely rude one after I mentioned the amount given back to me on the store gift card was $5 less than what I actually paid. Nobody wanted to explain why. No one was actually knowledgeable at all about anything. Just rude. I walked out of there with my unwanted merchandise and I guess now my only option is dispute. How disappointing. OH! They also told me this store is not for women my age but for preteen or teenage girls. Lol."
"I have been all over Wichita trying to find my son clothes of this style. He is smaller for his age, so everything he likes is always way too big for him. At Tilly's they have a juniors section so we found everything he has been looking for. It was great to see him happy when he tried on the clothes and they actually fit him! Employees were very helpful, selection was great as well! This will be the first store we visit for now on."
