"I am extremely disappointed in their process as far as returns. I ordered 1 sweater I saw through their Facebook story & they emailed the invoice as I live out of town and had it shipped to me. Nowhere on my invoice did it say that returns/exchanges after 7 days would not be accepted. It came in, I tried it on. It was too small. I figured I will be in town for Thanksgiving I will see if I can exchange it for store credit because I always find something in there that I love. I left the tag on it and printed out the invoice. I went to try to get store credit today and was told by the owner it was after the 7 day mark nothing could be done even after she clearly stated it was shipped to me and I told her I live out of town. The owner recommended I give it to someone it would fit. This doesn’t quite make sense because she also could’ve just bought it back from me and put it on the rack as the tag is still on it. This is very disappointing. I’ve always supported this small business. I’ve always ordered online and fortunately everything has fit thus far until this 1 sweater. When I’m in town, shopping at this store is always a must for me, it was always one of my favorites. I don’t think I’ll be going back for a long while. She definitely could’ve handled the situation better but she didn’t try to help a loyal customer in any way."

(not to mention, they are the sweetest and super helpful)! I bought my favorite pair of mom jeans here and they are THE best and were very reasonably priced. Highly, highly recommend making this one of your shopping spots."
