"Are the donuts good? Yes. You can get free donuts BUT the service is horrible. The girl who helped us was very aggressive at everyone who came in, even as much as to tell a group of guys to move away from the display case if they were not ready. Her demeanor was bordering ratchet. I inquired about the donut hole and was told they’re in 10 or 20 but had no clue they’re prepackaged so she got angry when I stood there waiting for her to bag something up when I didn’t know they’re prepackaged. Training them again on customer service would go a long way. Hard to say if she was showing prejudice against me & the other Asian individuals, but the interaction didn’t sit well with us."
"I ordered a dozen which I picked out. I ordered 2 cake batter and instead received 2 heart shaped red ones with sprinkles! Very disappointed!!!@"

"Some of the best donuts you can find! Krispy Kreme donuts are unique. They are the best when warm and fresh. They only last about 24 hours before they are no longer worth eating. For that reason, your best option is going in to a store that makes them fresh on the spot, like this location here. The staff are polite and friendly. Prices have gone up considerably however, which is unfortunate given the extremely low cost of making their donuts."
"My favorite place for fresh donuts, the best also!!!! Brought my boy for the first time and he loved it!! He was able to see how the glazed donuts were made and picked his favorite ones. Highly recommend."
