"I don’t usually write reviews but I am beyond disappointed with the recent experience me and my boyfriend had. I have been here a multitude of times and have usually enjoyed my experience— today has changed my perspective dramatically, and I don’t ever plan on coming back. Having eaten here on multiple occasions I knew how my food should look as far as proportions. When I noticed the food was not up to normal standards, I let my waitress know as to fix this minor inconvenience. When going to address the problem with the owner, she was met with so much hostility. The level of unprofessional behavior we watched was beyond disappointing and above all else distasteful. Instead of speaking in a civil manner we listened to the owner scream about how wrong we were, as though we weren’t but a few feet away. This was not a short instance either, we listened for at least 10 minutes as she complained about us directly in earshot. Truly taken aback by this behavior we apologized to our server for the inconvenience and the trouble she went through. As for the owners there, that was very embarrassing behavior and advise you’d do best to watch your mouth. And speaking as a server, no employee should ever be spoken to in that manner."
"I Love Pho and I love it hot this place was wonderful it has a large dining area it seems as it was external lighting coming through the windows low lighting in the dining area low noise so you can hear the person across the table. Service was fast although they had many people there I would suggest anybody who loves that to try this place out. It was a new find"
"This restaurant has recently moved over to 2949 Rock North Suite 120 Wichita Ks 67226, This Restaurant is under the name of Pho Le's Kitchen and is next to the dollar tree in Comotara Center. Dim Sum will be served on Sundays still. We are slowly opening to get used to our new equipment, thank you for your patience we hope to see you there."
