"Every time I stop here they've had my order wrong. Today was no different. I asked for a hot vanilla latte and they handed me an iced one. I asked them to change it, and was then handed a very room temperature "hot" vanilla latte. I shouldn't have to microwave my $5 coffee as soon as I get to work to enjoy it. I typically go to Starbucks across the street. I've learned my lesson deviating from the norm."
"If I could give this place a zero I would. I work near the hospital and go weekly but after my last experience I won’t be back. I picked up an online order and asked if I could order additional on a separate ticket to pick up for my doctors office. I was told there could not be additional orders added and when I responded that I had done this exact order three times last week I was told “well they really shouldn’t have done that because it holds up the line” There was one car behind me. All I wanted to add was a coffee. I drove up to the window to speak to whoever had the attitude and asked if I could finish my order. I could then hear them all talking through the window about my addition of the coffee which seemed like a “hassle” for them to do. The lady taking orders was rude and not friendly at all. I would say their time management is poor and attitude to be at work is poor. I did tell the window lady to let whoever was taking orders to know she is rude and should readjust her attitude. For some people this is their first interaction of the day and personally I don’t want it to be with someone who clearly doesn’t like their job."
"I ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte. They only filled it half way. I asked them to fill it up all the way and they filled it with whipped cream. I've had many bad drinks made here. I 100% recommend just going across the street to Starbuck or 7brew. I will not be coming back."
"Definately a 1 star. I ordered donuts and they're all melted. I ordered today and the bagel is wrong, and my hashbrowms were musher than mashed potatoes."
"Ran to grab a coffee this morning. First off the person taking my order appeared to have no knowledge of how to put an order in the computer. They barely added any flavor shots and I actually couldn’t drink the coffee until I got home and could add some of my own creamer too it. Then when I was transferring it to a different cup I realized they also don’t know how to make coffee as my cup had a large amount of grounds. Don’t go to this Dunkin location."
