"Drive through ordering is the worst thing in the world. Order yourself kiosks should be outlawed. First we had to get out of the truck to order then the whole thing is a maze to figure out. Then I get charged twice for extra meat so my foot long ended up being 18 dollars. I know its our fault for not checking the screen but I will never use the drive through again and will probably avoid subways when traveling."

"Total trash. $31 dollars spent for 2 foot long subs that had less than half of what we ordered , NO VEGGIES , NO SAUCE . Called and was told it was our fault for ordering through the drive thru and they go off the receipt . I know what we ordered and it was expensive we got half of what we paid money for and a trash excuse from an employee . Nothing was done , nothing to make it right or anything. Wouldn’t recommend taking your family to this location. Guess we’ll go hungry tonight because we live in another town and weren’t offered a new sandwich nor a refund on the ridiculous amount of money we spent thinking we were gonna have a great meal before bed tonight . Worst place I’ve eaten in years . My wife can’t even eat hers ."

"The service was extremely slow. There were 3 workers there and there is only one guy making sandwiches. From my observation the other 2 ladies weren’t doing anything. One of them was just stocking the fridge when there was a long line of customers. A customer in front of me left because flies were on her sandwiches because no one was putting the vegetables or sauces on them after they were toasted."
