"The team at medicap in Nyssa are amazing! They get to know you as a person and actually remember the meds you are taking. If there is an issue, which is very seldom, it is taken care of immediately and professionally. Trish, Jackie, and Amanda are always on top of things, often before I realize it they are already taking care of it. The rest of the crew are great too but those 3 are the ones I remember their names lol. I had been going to Malheur Drug for years and when I learned the business had been sold I really dreaded it, and was worried that the service would go downhill. But it didn't and hasn't done anything but improve with time."
"I was lucky enough to receive an extra Covid vaccine from Lynette and the crew at Medicap. What a great experience. Honestly the nicest people work there, and were such a joy to talk to and meet. One even took my photo while getting the vaccine because if you didn’t know the pharmacy is also a 15x15 square foot liquor store and you need a photo getting a vaccine in a liquor store. Anyway - Lynette remembered me, from my first shot which is so nice to not fee like just another person. Our friends that also were lucky to receive a vaccine, and I we’re excited to go see Lynette and get our second shot despite it being an hour from where we live. An added bonus I left with future immunity as well as a nice bottle of Tequilla. I wish I had to receive another shot so I had a reason to come visit."
"Traveled to Nyssa OR for my Covid vaccine. Lynnette was great, as were the rest of the staff there. Obviously, getting a shot in the arm is not something you would do just for kicks. The people at this Pharmacy made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Lynnette was very much a professional, but she was also personable and made me feel comfortable by laughing at my nervous chit-chat and jokes. Thank you Lynnette and everyone there!"
"I traveled from Nampa to get vaccinated and had a wonderful experience. Lynette and Trish were incredibly friendly. I am a bit of a goof so I wanted them to take my picture with the liquor that is in the same door entry as the pharmacy. They accommodated and Lynette even answered a few questions about the vaccine that I was getting. Without a doubt, the best pharmacy visit of my life."
