"Avalanche insurance goes beyond expectations when it comes to their service and support of your insurance needs I've been with them since 2012 and I would not consider anyone else."
"Working with Avalanche Insurance has been the worst insurance experience I've ever had. Rates were sometimes increased almost 2 fold without any incidents to prompt these increases. They were then either unwilling or unable to fix these problems with the underlying insurer. When I requested that they remove themselves as the named Broker of my policies, they refused. They then stopped taking my calls or responding to my emails, despite still receiving the commissions for my policy. My original insurance broker either quit or was fired a few months after signing me up for the policies. After that, I was constantly receiving communications from the new Broker, Stacy Schultz, letting me know how my policies were not properly underwritten - even to the point that they were missing an entire company as the named insured. Of course, these corrections often came with rate increases. Most concerning has been how they have handled my concerns. Rather than going to bat for me with the insurance companies, they became defensive, even what felt like aggressive, in defending their mistakes. The experience has been so bad that I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Idaho Insurance Commissioner."

"Let me start off by saying I dont ever go out of my way to write a review, but this company deserves some kudos! I contacted them and spoke to Stacy, who helped me figure out the best coverage and options for both home and car insurance. In the past, I have had nothing but horrible experiences dealing with insurance companies and their run arounds. Stacy took the time to give me multiple quotes with different companies and also took the time to go over every little detail to ensure I knew what coverage I was getting and for the best price! If you want quality, exceptional customer service and the least stressful experience insurance shopping, than give this office a call! Highly recommend!!"
