"I broke my bathroom sink and did a search for a replacement sink. My product was obsolete fro American Standard but I was able to find a direct replacement. Did a nationwide search, M & L Supply had 11 in stock. I spoke with Matt and asked about the sink I found online. As they are a wholesale distributor it was questionable if he would be able to ship to me. I told him of the problem I was having finding one locally said he'd call me back. After speaking to his supervisor he received approval and shipped out both sinks that very same day. I am in Portland and shipped out Monday and arrived Wednesday well-packaged and arrived unscathed. Great customer service and follow-up."
