"Friendly, helpful staff, and decent prices. The store layout is very inviting and the staff are right in your face looking to help you right when you get in the door but they are kind enough to allow you to browse and get a feel for their products without hindering you. I appreciate that. I don't often visit a store like this so I'm not familiar with pricing too much but what I do know is that you won't price yourself out of a job here. There are cheaper options but you are paying for a massive inventory selection and expertise here."

"Sarah Doohan was patient and very helpful with choosing the right carpet for my project. Juan Damian installed the carpet and knocked it out of the park! The seams were excellent and the leave for a future tile project at a doorway was perfect! Thanks everyone!"

"First time I went in I was not greeted by anyone . Granted people seemed busy but no one acknowledged I was there . I asked for help with some samples and the male employee seemed knowledgeable but didn’t seem to care to want to help me. Insisted only quote he could give was if someone came out even though I’d already measured myself. They went their people to handle install is probably the reason why. I left and came back next week and same guy helped me told me he would email me quotes on some tile and he never did. Highly recommend flooring outlet on Franklin instead."

"My contractor referred us to great floors. We needed 1k sq ft of carpet, 1k sq ft of hardwood, quartz countertops throughout, and 500 sq ft of tile for my mothers new home. She found the exact patterns/colors/materials she wanted and that is the only reason we are buying from them. After explaining why we were at the store with contractor in tow, per the direct advice of a different “Great” Floors project coordinator, J. Jones promptly told us that “everybody has a contractor, knows the owner, wants a discount, there is the door, and we should leave.” Only because Tyler treated us well and the selection, will we buy from them. If you are looking for customer service, kindness, or professionalism, avoid “Great” Floors like the COVID. At least Nampa Floors did not try to run us out of their store."
