"I don't understand how this is how we operate in this day and age. You have an option of paying a different amount at a later date, but then you get a late fee for paying late. It makes no sense."
"They don’t accept credit or debit over the phone and it’s a hassle to pay in person with kids. Plus they shut off our water without notice and no phone call, even with kids in the house in the beginning of winter. This is unacceptable."

"Absolutely zero customer service. Not only do they not have any online system to pay but not even a system to be able to look up previous bills. I called to get a copy of a previous bill sent out and their “system” couldn’t even do that. It’s honestly a shame that they don’t care to provide any type of customer service."
"I have had Ross Point Water for years and receive a bill every 2 months, no fail. Some of the other reviews make no sense. I have paid by check for years. I do wish they had an online bill option because I pay all my other bills that way, but it is not that hard to slap a stamp on an envelop. I really appreciate that they aren't constantly raising our rates. I saw the first increase in years from $30 every 2 months (base rate) to $34 every 2 months. I appreciate them keeping our bills low. If not having a Website or mailing a pre addressed envelop keeps my rates down, then I am on board for that. A few months ago my payment to them was returned. It was a post office mistake (not theirs) It obviously made my payment late. I went in and the front desk gal was so nice and took the late fee off and took my check and we were square. I don't understand the negative comments. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company for years."
