I was treated with respect and zero judgment. any questions I had were answered and we even joked around a little and when my appointment finished, I noticed my doctor stood there and waited around for a few minutes while we talked. he took his time to listen. also, the woman at the front desk was warm and welcoming. thank you for the amazing experience! "I couldn't of asked for a more pleasant experience as far as going to the dentist. The staff are some of the nicest people you could ask for. Answered all my questions and explained everything to me they were doing. The dentist is a very friendly guy that made me feel comfortable. He came in joking on my first visit. "They are a very nice establishment. The people are very nice and cordial. I think I am going to enjoy having them as my new dental professionals. I had quite a few teeth pulled and he made me as comfortable as possible. He even called me the next day to make sure I was doing alright. Thank you"

"While the dentist himself is great the office staff has a highly condescending attitude towards medicaid patients both in person and over the phone. They are listed as an active provider via the medicaid dental portal that is open to taking new medicaid patients but when you call you receive this abrasive attitude and you are told that they don't really want to be taking medicaid patients and told that you need to call back the following week to see if they will take you. If you do manage to get an appointment they repeatedly tell you that if u no call no show or cancel within 24 hours they will drop you as a patient because medicaid doesn't allow them to charge a $50 late fee. The dentist and dental hygienist staff are actually very nice and great to work with which is why I keep coming here but the front office staff needs to cut the attitude when it comes to medicaid patients. If the office truly doesn't want medicaid patients stop accepting it and ask to be removed from the medicaid list. There is no need to degrade people especially during hardships everyone is facing because of the bad economy"

"I can’t recommend Riverbend enough for their extraordinary work. I was hesitant to come in, let alone have my baby with me. Everything was so smooth! I was able to schedule next day as a NEW patient, before the end of the year. The hygienist was AMAZING(I’ve never been so sensitive and she was diligent and careful the entire time). She went above and beyond to accommodate my baby and still do my cleaning. I never leave reviews but this dentist and his team completely blew me away. I will forever recommend Riverbend and I look forward to my next visit."
