"If zero stars was an option that's what id give this shady shop. My personal experience with big z auto was very shady business. My experience with this shop is does not know what is doing and just wants to through parts at vehicle. I told them to give me an itemized list of parts supposedly changed so I could give to other shop that I decided to take my vehicle to. Once I told them I wanted that then I was told "I will just put all your old parts back on". If infact did replace parts then why would they want to put old parts back on once you say you're taking to another shop?! Very Very shady in my opinion. I won't ever go back and I will warn everyone to beware. Again in my opinion VERY SHADY!! The list goes on and on with my experience with this shady shop. Again,MY OPINION and personal experience!"

"I hired BIG Z to clean up some electrical wiring in the front cab of my RV. They also added a gizmo under the hood to enable my alternator to charge my house battery. Upon paying for the work done, I asked for a detailed receipt, but they refused to do so. I wanted to know what the parts that were added were, they refused to do so. They questioned me as to why I wanted this information. I responded that I wanted to keep records of all the work done so that when I decide to sell, I can pass on all the information to the buyer and also if I needed to replace a part I would what it is. For some odd reason they were very secretive about all of this. This is why I gave a lower score. Now I've realized that the wiring he cleaned up is situated in front of my fuse box making it impossible for me to access most of my fusses."

"Went in to see about my cars emissions tested, got there within 30 minutes of them closing due to work. Very quick and professional! Minus having to wait outside while he checked my car all in all very pleased. Will be going there for future emissions testing!"

"I had an emissions test performed on my vehicle. I did not have an appointment, but from the moment I drove up to Big Z Auto, the service was excellent. Demetrio stopped what he was doing and politely and professionally did the service needed very quickly. I was back on the road after only a few minutes. And he even did a couple of checks without charging me! It was a super positive experience."
