"As a former regular customer at this place I find all the staff here to be openly rude. I am sick of the eye rolling and the rude comments that are frequently made. I will not use this gas station again!"

"The manager at this particular Chevron is a very pompous individual...I believe he is British. I have always been a fan of Chevron, but not this one. Texaco provides much better and friendlier service and they get all my gas money."

"Customer service is the worst. The blonde girl that works here is horrid. We stopped to grab some ice and parked by the pumps. She came over to the car while my husband was inside and asked me if we were getting gas. I told her that he was inside grabbing some ice. She told me that I needed to move my car and that these were the only 4 gas pumps in town. I realize that we shouldn’t have parked there and I’m not saying we were right and she was wrong. It was the tone and how she spoke to me. I immediately moved my car. Then she has the nerve to go into the gas station and have that same tone with my husband. Why?! I had already moved our vehicle. It’s sad that’s this one person ruined my opinion of this little town. Everyone else I had come into contact with was so kind. Nice impression KAREN!"

"They are great at getting to you to pump gas but the woman behind the counter was a little rude. There's not many places to get gas in this county and your there to serve the public so be friendly. Good customer service is important if you want to keep customers. When I left I was a little mad."

"The woman in the store barked at us like we were stray dogs digging in her garden. We parked where she didn't like and she screamed at me like a banshee. Then when we couldn't find the coffee lids, we got another disgusted, insulting response. The only reasons I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that the coffee was good, and the air is free... But bring your own tire pressure gauge. The one on the hose doesn't work. Gift horse I guess."
