"I agree with another reviewer, avoid at all cost. I ordered stair facia over 7 months ago and reported that 2 were wrong hue.. it's been 7 months and can't get replacement or even call response back after being told for 3 months it was on backorder."

"DO NOT ORDER ONLINE ! They just created online website, but nobody monitor it and there is no customer service and they never reply back. I ordered online and paid in full, I have received an automated emails said that "we expect that your product will become available for shipment in 10 to 20 business days". I can not wait that long, that's why I called 25 times to customer service for cancel my order but nobody picked my call, I think they provided fake contact phone number on his website just for showing they are legitim but they are not. I also faxed them, but no reply/no response. I also emailed them several times but no answer. All those symptoms shows that they are fake seller. I recommend you, NEVER ORDER THEM ONLINE, otherwise your money will not be returned like me. I am putting that review to save all of you from spam and lost of your money and time."

"Ordered some color-matched silicone caulking that our contractor had used and we couldn't find it anywhere else. Super fast shipping, but caulking was expired and not any good. Called and they checked expiration dates of stock, all from the same lot, and would be 2-3 weeks before they could get more in. They were very nice and promptly offered to refund my account."

"I began remodeling my house 4 years ago part time. This past October 2017 it was time to start the guest bathroom. The wife and I came up with a design for a curbless/frameless shower. Let me just say that I am a diy'er by default as I have NEVER been impressed with a contractors finish product in any field. Having NO experience I began the web searching for products to assist me in building this shower. I ended up at Pro Source Center. This company was a god send for as the more I spoke to Avi and his team the more I realized I needed them. I ended up ordering there Pro Advanced Custom Tile Mud Kit 32 x 60 Offset and Ebbe Shower Floor Drain, Kit. The plan changed a few times, I hit many obstacles during the construction of this project. I made a lot of mistakes as well. Every time I hit a wall Avi and his team where there to assist me. I got to calling them for support so often that I have avi on speed dial now. I did not spend a lot of money with this company, under $400 including shipping. The support that I received was priceless. I was not compensated in any way for leaving this review, just a completely satisfied customer. It has been my experience that finding a company that is helpful, reliable and knowledgable is extremely difficult in a world where customer service is spiraling down to the gates of hell. I will definitely be using ProSource Center when I get to the Master Bath! Thanks For All your Help Guys"
