"These guys are AWESOME! Don't waste time looking for another shop! Being from out of state and here for work, I wasn't sure who to call when I needed some work on my diesel. The dealership was almost 2 weeks out so I called 3 different shops in town that couldn't get me in for over a week, and 1 that quoted me what I thought was pretty ridiculous (4 times what Team Ramco charged) and told me it might double if they had to purchase a different program for the ECU. Anyway I dropped my truck off in the morning and they had it finished before I got off work. They are obviously very knowledgeable and experienced because they charged me exactly what they quoted (there were a few different things needed to be done so I was expecting a call saying there was an issue) and got it done fast! I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"Twas the day after Christmas our spirits barely alive, because we were stuck in four-wheel-drive. Toyota picked up the phone, they were not a bro. We begged for help, and they said no. We called many more shops. No one answered the phone, but Ramco picked up good hearts they have shown. To the shop we drove with hope in our eye, where we were met by a helpful guy. He plugged in the reader to reset code, returning the truck to two wheel drive mode. To ask what we owed for a favor so large, the generous man replied “No charge.”"

"It's great to have a local shop I absolutely trust to make an accurate diagnosis, do an excellent job, and give a good price. The first time I went to Ramco was when I had an unusual problem shifting my manual transmission. I had gotten a diagnosis somewhere else, beforehand, and was told the synchros in my transmission were shot, and that I'd need to replace it. I went to Ramco for a second opinion, and they were able to determine it was a clutch problem. The clutch was actually almost new; however, the former owner had the clutch plate installed backwards (engine side facing the transmission). If I went with the first guy, I would have blown a bunch of money on a different transmission. A while later, my locking rear differential got stuck in the on position; meaning I would have destroyed it, if I continued to drive like that. Thankfully, there was a bit of snow on the ground. I was told by the nearest shop (I didn't want to risk driving all the way out to Ramco, with it locked up), that the fork that operates the locking mechanism in the differential must have snapped off, inside the diff, and the only solution was to drop the entire 3rd member and install a new one. I didn't have the pile of money this would have cost. I limped it to Ramco, who were about 5 minutes from closing. They talked with me for about 20 minutes, drove my truck into their shop, put it up on the lift, and ended up determining my actuator motor that locks and unlocks the differential was ceased, and there was nothing broken in the differential itself. They then managed to unlock the differential manually, and put everything back together for me. I was so relieved; I thought I was going to have to swap the whole thing out. By this time, it was well after operating hours for them. I asked them what I owed them, and they told me to just have a nice night. Are you kidding me?! This is absolutely unheard of! After hours, they fixed my truck from certain catastrophic failure, had I continued to drive it like that, and sent me home without taking payment from me. These guys are the most trust-worthy, brilliant, generous, and competent mechanics I've ever been to. That, and their just a hoot to chat with. Real cool, stand-up guys! Thanks Ramco for always bailing me out!"

"They are both very nice and do great work. Ken can be pretty blunt, but I feel that is a good thing. Will tell you what needs to be done without the bs of trying to get you todo other repairs, that aren’t needed. Do the best work and only send my vehicles to them. I would absolutely send anyone to them, and won’t take my vehicle elsewhere. Amazing work at a great price!"
