"My husband is a vet and mom elderly mom has a hard time going into stores due to her Alzheimer's. The people her are friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they get someone who does. Mom loves walking through the flowers and they always ask her if she needs help or how is your day. I have never come across anyone disrespectful. How ever Lowe's is another story. Will never shop there again."

"My husband and I went to the garden shop to purchase some mulch, plants and stepping stones. We were helped by a young woman named Barbara who was very knowledgeable about the types of plants and fertilizer we needed. She went above and beyond the call and loaded 20 very heavy stepping stones into our truck. Barbara is an asset to your company and she definitely deserves recognition. We would like to send our sincere thanks to her and hope to see her again whenever we come into Home Depot! Thank you Barbara!"
