"-Most importantly- a racial slur was used by the woman cutting my hair. - she didn't listen to me and just did what she wanted -She mocked and shamed me and the woman before me (who was still there getting her nails done) for not getting our split ends trimmed often enough. -My hair is hard to brush when wet but she just kept tearing at it instead of using a wide tooth comb like I suggested because that's how I do it at home. She insisted she knew better. - my hair ended up completely uneven"

"Alisha was so kind and accommodating when we booked pedicures for myself and my daughter. She was understanding when we were a few minutes late and made us comfortable as quickly as possible. We had scheduled a late appointment to allow my daughter to join after work and she still was not rushed with us. The salon was a clean, comfortable environment.
