"This guy no call, no showed the appointment we scheduled. When I called him to find out what happened, he didn't answer and his voicemailbox was full. I called him a few times throughout the day after our appointment and still no response. He has a really cool service at a good rate, but I just went to Walmart instead and had my oil done there. If you're going to run a business like this, communication and integrity are a must. If people can't trust you to show up when you say you're going to, you may as well throw in the towel now."
