"I was charged $25 for damage to the bottom of the rental board despite there being only a couple small scratches. Worker took one quick look and pulled the $25 charge out of thin air. Total rip off. Do not use this shop unless you want to be unfairly charged and cheated out of your own hard earned money. Also out of demo snowboards because Burton didn’t send them their shipment. Save yourself and rent elsewhere. Literally anywhere else."

"Do NOT rent ski/snowboard gear here. They will claim your rental is damaged and charge you a ton of extra money when it’s in perfect condition! A complete scam, and the employees are extremely rude. Just rent at the official Schweitzer rental shop and save your sanity. Alpine shop is a total joke."
