"Update: received call about my order- they were hemmed perfectly. Other than possible miscommunication about the timeline, very happy. I really enjoy my Athleta gear, but the free tailoring service has been quite a headache. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve dropped off my pants and was quoted at 1-2 weeks max. for my pants to be finished. The sales associate passed my info to the manager and I’m awaiting a call... or more importantly my pants."
