The Reuseum

"Giving a 2-star rating to maintain fairness toward all other employees and the shop's nature because, besides the individual I am about to discuss, everyone else is super friendly and informative. HOWEVER, there is one extremely rude and unprofessional employee who utterly ruins any experience you can have here if they are working. He's a shorter guy with a beard and looks like he doesn't take great care of himself. My friends and I stopped in to take a look through their items for anything worthwhile. We're younger and were goofing off a little (pointing at items and laughing at them or picking them up to see what they do). In the back, they had a bin of old hard drives with a homemade grabber so you could dig through. We thought it was pretty cool that they had made one so we, of course, were checking it out, and at some point, I used it to grab my friend's hat off his head. This employee comes to the back room and rips the grabber out of my hand, yelling at us, saying that "IT'S A TOOL, NOT A TOY." When we apologize, he responds with "oh yeah, I'm sure you are." Now, I understand if they don't want us messing with their stuff the way we did, which is completely respectable, and it would have been no issue if they had politely asked us to stop, but the way that this guy decided to handle the situation was completely uncalled for. This is extremely upsetting because my friends and I love the Reuseum, we have bought many items from them, and enjoy talking to many of the employees there, but from now on, we will not be visiting if we see this employee behind the desk."

"I love the Reuseum. It's a fun place to shop for all kinds of techy treasures. Today I found a cool, old, fixer-upper radio. They have just about everything you might need for your Maker project, too! Check them out! Update: the Reuseum employees have been working hard to get all their stuff better organized and more fun/efficient to browse. Great place to shop!"

"One of the guys working there is probably the rudest person I’ve ever met working customer service. If you see a dude with an unbuttoned shirt and unkempt beard, avoid asking for his help at all costs. It sucks because I love this place and what they offer (despite the prices sometimes being unreasonably high) but I know as long as sloppy Joe is working there I will never return."

"Went in to buy a PC awhile back and the person there was really helpful. However when I went in today to inquire about a graphics card, the person was very short and rude to me. I've spent quite a bit of money there, however I will no longer be going back while this person is employed there. Happed on 02/10/2024 around 2:50PM."

"What an awesome classroom environment! Garry was so helpful, the kids were intrigued, and it was hands on building awsome robots! I had such a good time I can't wait to bring my little boy there and have another class!! I also learned a great place to donate all my old electronics 2, and that some of the interactive toys have the parts that they need, what a what a great place to donate because you know they're gonna re use and make something really cool out of it! We had about 16 kids in the class and it worked so well! Definitely coming back soon."
