"Embroidery ISN'T what they do best!! I Dropped off 2 pieces of clothing of the same size to get embroidered and both items have different size lettering,also whoever embroidered them took it upon themselves to add a little piece of detail that wasn't requested and didn't bother to ask if it was OK to do so. I wouldn't recommend this place for embroidery."

"Dropped off a piece for embroidery Monday. Was told it would be ready in a day or two. Starting Thursday I called 2-3 times a day to check on status. No answer. Emailed to inquire. No response. Went in to store. Embroidery was not done because the person who does it was “not in Tues-Fri this week because she had other obligations.” Even getting that answer took 10 min of standing at the counter and a phone call to get their attention. Very unprofessional."

"Dropped off a gi to get embroidered. I had no problem waiting however long it took to get it finished, however I was not given a timeline because the person who does the embroidery was not there. I called a week later to find out if they had an idea about when it would be finished. I was told it would be finished that night, but since I could not go that night I told her I would pick it up in the morning. I showed up at 10am ( the time their website says they open) to find out that they do not open until 11am. So I walked around the mall for an hour. I live between 45 minutes and an hour away depending on traffic. The embroidery had not even been started. I took the gi and left. My phone number was on the order so I see no reason that I could not be called to let me know it had not been finished. I will get it done somewhere closer to me at a later date."

"The owner was super nice, friendly and helpful when we dropped off our sweatshirt to be screen printed. I was told there was a 3 day turn around and when the 3 days were up I called and spoke with an employee who told me her boss had just started on it last night but didn’t know if it was done and she kindly went and checked and told me it wasn’t done but would be done that night or the next morning. I went in the following day at 330pm and it hadn’t even been started on, but the owner reassured me it would be started on right then and it would be ready the next morning. I then went in the next day at 330pm and was greeted by Faith and I told her I was there to get my sweater and she said it’s hasn’t been started but she was going to do it. I then tried to explain to her how this was the same thing I had been told the last two days and she rudely extremely rudely interrupted me and proceeded to tell me that they are busy and that there is people from two weeks ago waiting on orders.(if this is true why was I given a 3 day turn around in the beginning) I tried to explain to her I understand being busy but a phone call would have been nice and she said again well we were busy. While I don’t doubt they were busy especially with it being the holiday season. In my opinion they should take care of the customers in order and give accurate lead times and truthful promises. I ended up just taking my sweater without having the screen printing done. Honestly I was so shocked by the treatment from Faith. It was like I was the one inconveniencing her because I came back hours after it was supposed to be done for the third time. I wasn’t sure if I was going to leave a review or just try and call the owner but after reading other reviews it seems serval other people have had the same experience. This is a sad situation & I truly hope that Faith gets some better training on how to deal with disappointed customer. I could understand her being so rude if I had came in there yelling, screaming or cussing but I was simply just disappointed that I was told the same thing over and over again and it still wasn’t done."

"Staff is friendly. Owner is polite and professional. They are quick and efficient with attention to detail. They finished the job in a day, while other companies were saying it would take 3-4 weeks. Was a little more pricey than other places. But as the saying is, cheap work isn't good work, good work isn't cheap. I will absolutely use again. Thank you all, you rock!"
