"We had an appointment for our dog on December 27. We were told to be there between 8 and 9 AM. My husband arrived at 9:03 am and was turned away. She said he was late and she was there alone I think extremely poor customer service. I’ve never seen anybody cancel appointment for 3 to 5 minutes late, it’s snowing I believe she did because my husband was African-American and I do feel like this was a racist situation and I don’t recommend anybodyBLACK there . I feel as though the young lady that treated him like that should be fired immediately!!!!!!"
