"I placed an order on line and received the wrong item. I called to get it replaced, was told to send an email and picture. I did and didn't here anything. Called a week later, told the owner was at a show and left a message. Called again a week after that and was told the owner never received my email. Not true because it never came back. After I threatened to withdraw my credit card payment, they would send me my fabric with a return envelope. Finally received my fabric after 4 weeks with a blank envelope. Because of a comment I made on Facebook, I am going to get the label I should have received with the correct fabric."
