"I absolutely HATE how many questions I have to deal with at the window just to get some coffee. I know staff are trained to be friendly and engaging, but it's gotten ridiculous. Nobody is acting engaging, they just spew out a list of personal questions, no social skills at all. I don't really want to answer 20 questions about my day or my life. I just want some damn coffee without the interrogation. You make the window person stand there the whole time just grilling me. Is their training to first ask what my plans are for the day?.....and then 15 more questions about the intricate details of those plans? Please make it stop! At least make them closed-ended questions where I can get away with a simple yes or no. I pull into Dutch Bros in such a good mood and I pull out feeling overly annoyed and uncomfortable. It's a real bummer."

"Not quite as fast as some Dutch Brothers we've visited, and they confused our order with some others, but considering there were 15 cars ahead of us, they did pretty good!! Where two lanes converge, there's no way to ensure that the car first in line goes next. I think that contributes to the order confusion, which we saw multiple examples of. The coffee was great, of course!"

"$8+ for ONE medium sized energy drink.... Are these guys for real? Drinks are good so it's a shame but I will never be back with those prices. Charging that much for drinks makes people not want to pay another dollar to tip bringing their one drink total to almost $10. Insane."

"The baristas are always friendly and fun! My drinks are never as good as they are in Boise. I never have to be so specific and still get my order wrong almost every time for the last 3-4 times."

"So, my prior visit to a Dutch Brothers coffee was not that great. I decided to visit to see if this new location would be any better.... It wasn't. When I pulled up, I was the fourth car in line, yet it took over 10 minutes before my drink was handed to me. Don't get me wrong, my coffee tasted okay, but not worth that long line."
