"I placed an online order for a single smoothie. I know they take a while to make so I thought it was smart to order ahead of time. I walked in, and the place was empty. Three people behind the counter, and it looked like someone was filling out a job application at a table. Not a single person said “hello” or “welcome” or anything like that! After standing there for two minutes by the online pick up area, a girl said, “what’s the name on the pick up?” and I gave her my name and she gave me my smoothie. No “thank you” or any other greeting. Hey managers! Train your employees to welcome your guest or your guest won’t come back."

"Placed an order on line for pick up, order was confirmed said it would be ready for pick up. When i arrived to pick up the order the employee said "they can't make food" I asked for a refund or assurance I would not get charged and she could not do either. Several other times they just completely forget things and still charge for them. Don't waste your time or money at this location."

"I would rate this 50/50. Sometimes you get great service, and then there are other times you get terrible service. It's not consistent. I ordered some food through DoorDash and the salad came was gross. It was slimy. I tried calling the store three times and no one would answer. Then I went into the store yesterday to order catering and they said it wouldn't be a problem to get the next day. They apparently called to tell me they couldn't, didn't leave a message and when I called to confirm they said "yeah we can't do that." It's not good service when you send a salad gross- see pictures. Won't answer your phone, and don't leave a message to let someone know their larger catering won't be fulfilled."

"we ordered two things, one was the new cali breakfast flatbread and i got the southwest wrap (in the pic) and neither of them were correct to what the menu says….they were both suppose to have egg and neither of them did. it was very odd, i understand this place is new and people are still learning but i don’t know how i got chicken and spinach and a lil sauce in my southwest wrap."
